How we work: four plants, one site
Everything a component needs happens here in Haiterbach: cutting, lamination, edging, CNC, injection moulding and assembly.

Our four plants are next to each other. Material, drawings and people get to where they are needed within minutes.

Wood-based materials & surfaces
Surfaces and edges
We laminate high-quality surfaces onto substrate boards, cut them to size and edge them in a matching colour. The result: fronts that look as if cast in one piece.
- Lamination of glass, ceramic, acrylic, PET and metal onto substrate boards
- CNC machining centres for milling, drilling and shaped parts
- Edges colour-matched to the surface, also as 3D edges
Plastics technology
In-house injection moulding
On our injection moulding machines we produce technical plastic parts. As single parts or installed directly in our assemblies.
- Technical plastics for functional and visible parts
- Mould and process monitoring, in-house testing
- Assembly into complete units without involving third parties
